We only carry smaller acrylic <a href="http://www.storesupply.com/c-464-ballot-boxes.aspx" rel="nofollow">ballot boxes</a> that are meant to be used for store drawings or contests. However, a box like this sounds like it may be a custom job. A quick internet search turned up a lot of different companies who do custom acrylic/plexiglass boxes.
