Throughout the week we have been talking about hangrail racks that help you go the distance while saving floor space. We want to conclude the series with these next two racks

Cobblestone and Raw Steel Boutique Salesman Racks

I couldn’t conclude the series without bringing in the Boutique line of salesman racks. Our Boutique line has become a very popular line and the two different color finishes include a complete set of racks that compliment them. Both the Cobblestone and the Raw Steel Boutique racks have wonderful features that I just had to highlight.

Cobblestone Salesman Rack

The Cobblestone Salesman Rack features a hand painted copper finish that includes a decorative scroll design on top of the rack and at the bottom of the upright bars. This rack has a maximum height of 66” for the hangrail bar.  Additional features include casters and adjustability in the height from 48” to 66”. The weight capacity of this rack is 200 lbs.  This rack is a wonderful choice to highlight clothing that includes cool colors and sophisticated styling.

Raw Steel Salesman Rack

The Raw Steel Salesman Rack includes similar features a brushed silver finish and exhibits a clean linear look. This rack and the Cobblestone are often confused and I want to point out that the Raw Steel rack does not include the decorative scroll pattern at the top. The top of the Raw Steel rack is just a simple straight bar. Additional features include casters and adjustability in the height from 48” to 72”. The weight capacity of this rack is 220 lbs. This rack has such a great industrial look that really lends itself well to all sorts of styling from hip contemporary to laid back casual.

Heavy Duty Z Trucks

In continuing with our Workhorse series, we want to highlight two rolling racks that the term workhorse truly applies.

The Heavy Duty Z Truck is a true workhorse for several reasons

1. It can display a large number of clothing

2. It can be easily transported

3. It has a heavy weight capacity

The Heavy Duty “Z” Truck has a 63” hangrail bar and a weight capacity of 350 to 400 lbs. This rack in the past has been used as a storage room rack to hold merchandise before it went out to the sales floor. The “Z” frame design allows the racks to nest for space saving. However, more than ever before we are starting to see these racks appear on the sales floor.  There are many retailers that have taken on an “industrial” look to their sales floor and this rack fits in great with that look. Other features include 4” industrial casters that allow the rack to glide smoothly along the floor with minimal effort.

The Super Heavy Duty “Z” Truck has the same overall features but the main difference is in the weight capacity. With this rack, you are capable of displaying 500 lbs of merchandise at one time on a single rack! That is impressive by any standards. Both racks have optional add on bars that allow them to hang two levels of merchandise at the same time.  Keep in mind that the Heavy Duty Z Truck has an orange base and the Super Heavy Duty Z Truck has a blue base. Less than 6 square feet of sales floor space would be needed for this rack and when it is in use, it really packs a punch.
