When designing outdoor displays, it is important to choose items that are durable and that could stand up to the elements. We expanded our mannequin line by adding a new plastic mannequin line to our inventory of retail store supplies. The new line includes plastic female mannequins, plastic male mannequins, female plastic cameo mannequins and male plastic cameo mannequins.
While we wouldn’t recommend leaving these out during a thunderstorm, plastic mannequins are much more durable than other options. And if it starts to drizzle or they are in sunlight occasionally, they will stand up much better than a fiberglass mannequin. Plastic mannequins are nearly indestructible and can withstand moving and storage without breaking.
Plastic retail mannequins can withstand the bruising associated with moving, changing and storing displays that can break, scratch and damage less durable mannequins. Also, plastic mannequins are extremely lightweight, allowing for easy rearranging and movement so that anyone on your team can tackle a display change project.
