If you can, set up a couple of tables outside and more inside. The items outside will help draw people in!

I always make sure to put some sort of sandwich board sign outside when I am having a major clearance. Then I put all the merchandise in the center of my store stretching from the front to the back of my space. That way, people walk all the way into my store, so they usually end up browsing through all of my full price items as well. Good luck!”

In order to move sales merchandise fast, I always recommend investing in a couple of folding dump bin tables. You can then set them up in the front area of your store, with clothing arranged by size. That way it is the first thing people see as opposed to being banished to the very back of the store like most sales items. Plus the best thing about these tables, the legs can be folded up when not in use and it can be neatly stored in your back storage area.
