Wire Grid Panels

Wire grid panels are one of the most versatile fixtures available. Our wire grid panels can be used on the ground with grid connectors, with a base, or displayed wall-to-wall within a space. Grid is also easy to transport and set up. It is a craft show and flea market staple.  We offer several sizes and custom color options. These panels hold up to years and years of set up and tear down.

Here are a few tips on how to make the most of your merchandise displays using wire grid:

  1. Pair accessories, such as a purse and a scarf, to show how the items complement each other and accessorize the outfit.
  2. Repeat the same style of fashion top in contrasting colors. Display them side by side for a modern twist.
  3. Show multiple outfits on premium mannequin forms to create a color story within the display. Make sure to display pants next to skirts in various lengths to allow eye movement throughout the entire display.
  4. Feature your clothing on wood hangers to create a more boutique look.
  5. Display a shoe in a neutral color throughout the display to offer a footwear option that compliments each style.

Maximizing Craft Show Booth Space (Part 2)

We are continuing in our series on maximizing craft show booth space. It’s always important to make the most of the space you have. Sometimes, if you are displaying smaller items, it is a good idea to show on a table top for maximum impact. Here we have a display set up that was done beautifully by Jonathan at Bargain Babies facebook.com/bargainbaby. This display is full of great fixtures and it is all contained neatly and orderly on top of a 2’x8’ rectangular table.

This display has four 2×4’ black wire grid panels that have been joined together with grid connectors. Grid connectors can be easily secured with a screw driver and function like a hinge. The grids can then stand alone or be placed on the diagonal to create a screen affect. To accessorize the screen, peg hooks have been used to display all of the hair accessories. There are also silver 12″ straight faceouts that are used at the top of the display to show hanging merchandise. The faceouts are staggered to make the best use of the space. The clear plastic hangers that were used have swivel hooks and do not detract from the clothing that is being displayed. Another great idea is the use of our t-bar and our 3-tier jewelry displayers as headband holders. The headbands sit across the bars in a uniform way that is not cluttered or distracting. Customers love to have the ability to see how the merchandise is going to look so it is always a good idea to add a countertop mirror. We also carry mirrors that can be attached directly onto the grid should you lack counter space. A revolving eyewear holder is a convenient way to display sunglasses or other eyewear so that all of the merchandise can be seen off of the tabletop.

Entice customers into your booth with a giveaway. This is an easy and affective way to attract new visitors. We have a variety of ballot boxes that can come in handy for this type of marketing. This is also a great way to gather e-mail addresses to send out a newsletter or your schedule. You could incorporate a discount for them to use at your next show as an incentive for them to stop by and shop with you again.

Maximizing Craft Show Booth Space

Crafters and business owners show their merchandise all year round but during the Fall and Winter holiday seasons, they take full advantage of the crowds at various outdoor festivals and other events that are tailor made to make the most out of their products. At Store Supply Warehouse, we want you to have all that you need to make your booth space inviting and special. We will be doing a series of articles featuring some of our customers actual craft show booths and some of the techniques they used.

We carry a vast line of display pieces that work great for crafters. One of the best store display items in this grouping is wire grid panels. Wire grid comes in several sizes. We offer 2’x4’, 2’x5’, 2’x6’ and 2’x8’. These panels are made of top quality heavy gauge wire and we offer a variety of different finishes. They can be joined together quickly with the use of our wire grid panel connectors. We also carry security ties that can be added for extra stability. We also offer lots of accessories to help you keep your merchandise organized and professional. We have a full line of peghooks, baskets and shelving to keep merchandise well displayed and visually appealing to the eye.

We have included a wonderful example of what can be achieved with wire grid panels and accessories. This display was created by Tiffany at Presley’s Pretties facebook.com/presleyrosepretties . She has taken her space to the next level with her clever use of wire grid. In her booth, she has arranged the panels side by side using grid connectors and security ties. She also attached security ties to the top of the tent for extra stability. She then took all of the accessories like hair bows and baby shoes arranging them by style onto peghooks. Everything looks organized, well stocked  and fun.  She used 6 ball waterfalls to display baby clothes. Waterfalls give shoppers a more visually appealing way to view clothing than a traditional clothing rack would. She has fashion hats displayed on hat displayers that attach easily to the grid. They can be used with or without foam covers that are sold separately.

Remember, make the most of the space you have by building up when you have limited floor space. The space this booth used for merchandise frees up the space on the floor for customers to shop. That is what you want to achieve, a pleasant experience for your customers.
